Because every single time I go onto a town based map, it rains.

I've had to bind "clearsky" to 'N' - Is there a reason for the rain?

*shrug* IDK. Same settings that have been here since 2005, more or less... Weather cycles every 10 mins or so though - plus I think it does this double-cycle thing if you join right when the map starts. :\
