I think it needs some improvement.
Stormpharaoh's Lance does not do much damage compare to other 30 weapons.
the charge attack only does lighting dot damage. It is almost same to other weapons that does dot damage.
I think the lighting bolt from charge attack should do some damage too not just dot damage.
