Seriously need to fix that voting thing. Kinda hard to test. I dunno why it don't work... I think MSC messes up AMX's ratio function somehow...
How's he looting yer stuff anyways? Seems ya shouldn't be able to loot much of anything but some arrows now...

he took my big sack with everything in it... had a quest item or 2 in it... and stuff i was getting ready to sell plus what else was ever in there " i had alot"
its not the fact that he stole the dudes bastard sword or w/e i had in my inventory.... its the fact that he stole something...
to thothies questions... we were in heras and a troll killed me, he ran over my body my shit was missing i said it was missing and he left....
first the guy with his bastard sword , then mine ... i was having trouble with that TazZZ guy the entire time i was playing.

Hmm.... multiple pissed off players at one guy who obviously looted.... deletion-stick? (There is a ban-stick, a deletion-stick, a kick-stick, and a slap-stick for admins & the sorts)

Looked like Ceriux was hoping for (and I am with him, if I am assuming accurately that is) that the looter would get in deep shit for looting. Should show a nice, tero-tolerance policy... so if I loot somebody's fists as a joke, deletez0r my character (but only if I REALLY DID DO IT!!! AND ON FN!).

you all know my stance on this sort of idiocy...
you die, you might get looted, its part of the risk - its part of the game - deal with it.
this is the exact reason people should do two things...
A) DONT DIE!!!! jeez, is it that hard to run? and dont say you couldn't, you were in heras - its not a tight space.
B) Turn on PvP on all servers, get your revenge. (course, PvP need to be fixed to where theres a switch on/off in f11 menu, and when someONE attacks you it instantly turns on - then off when they die)

WoW, ur all cock bags... wonder how a lower level isnt supposed to die when a boulder randomly hits him in the face... anyways i guess i wont be playing with you guys... or having an open server if i ever get steam working correctly again... so fuck ya'll thothie if u need ne help on the mod that i can still assist you with go head n ask ill still be around the forums.

I hate looters a lot as well... In fact, I even hate noobies who run up and loot the chest I KILLED ALL THE MONSTERS to earn w/o permission.
On top of that, I hate people who ask me to help them get some item and they sit on their ass and expect me to do everything for them. Honestly, if you ask for "help" you will get help. Don't expect me to just fetch you some item for no reason other than you're weak and you "neeed" it.
If you are not strong enough to be part of the battle, screw off and train in the thornlands.
I can see where squirrel is coming from too...
Here's my policy on not getting killed:
More I trust a fellow player = More I fight longer before healing
(fight hard bc you know they are fighting hard)
Less I trust stupid noobies = Less I fight before healing
(have them do a lil more fighting)
If looting could have been fixed in a *snap* than i'm sure Thoth would have taken care of it from literally the first beta patch (eh? thothie?)
So as it stands looting still exists... and the only thing we can do is kick, ban, rollback, and release our unbridled hate upon them
and before i go back to my final fantasy crystal chronicles Wii waiting ritual...

and along with that "If everybody hates it ...", lets think of other things everyone hates - because we should obviously get rid of those too...well, i'm pretty sure no one likes dying so lets make everyone invincible, and uhhhh, people dont like searching forever for items so lets make the start character have every rare in the game, and i dont think anyone likes being slow - so lets let them carry infinite weight and still be just as fast as the raven mace - even when they dont have it out. yeah, THAT will make it a better game...
^ moral of the story is, just because you dont like it - doesn't mean it should be gotten rid of.

well, Thothie has tryed to fix it... which means its a bug... which means it shouldnt be there anyways... so... its technically NOT supposed to be part of the game... so it should be gotten rid of. which means YOU should just shut up now.
fairly sure that this "bug" was something devs like to call a "feature" which made PvP worthwhile...instead of just friendly fire...hence the name PvP as opposed to FF
of course, even if i were wrong about that and looting was completely a bug - you all are still being complete asshats about the whole issue, for example...
Step 1) you get looted
Step 2) do you ask for the item back? (yes/no)
Step 3) you then proceed to complain on the forum that the person who looted you should be deleted and banned from all servers. (they stole a single item from you, so they should obviously never be able to play MSC with other people)
Step 4) thothie/fuzzy offers to rollback your character
Step 5) you say you dont want a rollback, so you obviously dont care about the item you lost...so...whats the point of this thread again?
and has everyone seriously failed to notice that the penalties for death in MSC are extremely low compared to pretty much every RPG in existance? so what if every thousandth time you die you lose an item...
also, the comment earlier about 'if they steal one item they'll steal all our items' ...are you mentally ill? this statement is akin to saying that because someone shoplifts a pack of gum, they'll steal a car or rob a bank - there might be a higher chance, but it doesn't mean this indefinately.
