Is Steam down?

Well, I was talking to Oyster then tried to get on MSC and it said you can't load this game at this time. So, I restarted which normally fixes it. Then I couldn't load Steam again. I even tried restarting my computer and router and nothing...
Oh yeah here's what it says when I tried to load Steam...

Could not connect to Steam network.

Have been working for me all time. maybe local temporarly problem? Try change server if you still got problems

I guess I will try to reset the modem then.

Seems happy from here... You can also try to change your download region under Settings->Download+Cloud - maybe your region server sunk, or they changed the indexing on you.

Well, today it just started working again, and I didn't even do anything, so it must have fixed it self.
