Central network connection broken.

Trying to use a dedicated server, but I cannot access my character. The thing above the character select menu says. "Central network connection broken. You cannot connect at this time." The FN bar in the upper-left corner starts cycling after 30 seconds or so. In one particular case, after a couple minutes of this, the screen turned white, and 30 seconds later MSC crashed. I have not installed the patch, Fuznet is enabled and with the correct data.
What's going on, and how can it be fixed?

You need March 2010b on your server to connect to FN.

Oh. Okay, I feel silly now. I didn't realize I needed the patch to run a listen server (that's what I meant. Not dedicated). Thanks.
