Obsidian Helmet

Obsidian is the result of lava flow coming in contact with water. This results in a glassy mineraloid called Obsidian. The helmet would be more for stability/stun resistance, but could provide a small amount of fire resistance due to it's background. It wouldn't be much to switch out for, maybe 40-60% stun resist with 25-10% fire resistance, respectively. The main idea would just be a new helmet to wear.

Not my greatest work, (lol.) but I see it as alright. A set of plate mail buried under a thick block of ice and snow slowly became encased in very small layer after layer of ice, so long that the ice actually becomes infused with and part of the armor. The ice's density is so much so that both solid and fire weaponry are of little effect. Of course, the drawback would be that the armor is so terribly cold on the wearer, that it's fairly uncomfortable to be struck with an ice weapon. (And/or slicing weaponry, slight resistance to bashing, but I don't think that's possible, so sdfgadsg.)
