Yeah, but it's about 5000 polys X(, so now, I'm going back and smoothing it out, this is gonna be awhile :roll:

I'm sure I know the problem...I used prefabed Milkshape shapes (eg cylinders, and I didn't delete the end faces...Same with the rattle...Basically I'm just cleaning it up, and hopefully it'll look the same, since no surface polys will be deleted.

Yay! I found out how to clean unnecessary polys...So now it stands at 1078 :D

Argh, you guys, these models aren't going to do anyone any good unless I have them to make workable models out of them. If you've got a model, and have it approved for use ingame by Thothie, host it up and PM me a link.

Orochi, iv given you a model for u to fix up into msc "because i couldnt figure it out" and youve never touched it... no offence and no hard feelings but i wouldnt trust your word on it...

Ceriux, I have other priorities. I'm just finishing an improved animations boss skeleton model. I don't even know if I have it anymore. What was it again?

I recommend modelling stuff for the hell of it for a year or half a year before doing any serious models.

content doesn't have to be perfect though, just useable and decent...which i think his models are...unless i suck at judging models, but 1000 polys isn't bad..

I don't think it looks horrid. It really looks quite good, but probably not the best design for a weapon. It would be incredibly hard to hold, for starters (Well, I guess that depends on it's size).

Maybe make the shaft longer (Shaddup Squirrel -.-)

hmm well ill admit the snakes head is decent but the rest of it isnt that good.

wow thats quite a bit for such a basic model. And the smoothing feature just adds more polys. I would bring it into maya and do a geometry cleanup on it and reduce the polygons. If you want me to do a quick uv map for that i can.
