My server host for the EU has increased prices significantly. As such, I am cancelling the EU servers and finding a new provider. So it may take a while.

Currently evaluating a couple companies. Hoping to find one with a E3-1230v3 16GB+ ram, 1Gbps connection and IPMI for less than 100. The old server was exactly 99 a month and now it's 199 which is just ridiculous considering I can get similar spec servers in the US for 65.

Waiting for teh right deal to come along. IF you can find a host in the EU either in UK, NL, or France for under 100 USD/mo with the following specification, then let me know and I'll grab it instantly!

Xeon E3-1230v3 or better
16GB RAM or more
IPMI (MUST!)
At least 10TB/mo bandwidth
2TB HDD
120GB SSD
At least 4 IPs

Note: OVH meets these criterias, but I have no way to order from them since they don't sell EU servers to US customers.

Found a few:

• 
  WordlSteam.nl (Netherlands) - You can customize it, with the features you want you'll get under 100€ i think.
  Hetnzer.de (Germany) - Had a few under 100€, don't excactly know if they meet your criteria.
  A market kind of list (Locations may vary) - Theres A LOT of different servers there, i think you should look if you find anything nice and dandy.

Hope you find anything reasonable!

Not sure if he could host heavy duty MS:C servers, but his rates are very very good.

For BSN, actually clicking on the order link results in "The requested URL /billing/cart.php was not found on this server.". So they're out.

WorldStream - The one you linked is E5504 which is not powerful enough. Ordering something suitable from them results in 123.16 Euro per month which puts it way above budget. Also doesn't support IPMI.

Hetnzer - I prefer to stay away from these guys.

Simrai - Is a game server host and dedicated server provider.

I've been scouring webhostingtalk every few days. Nothing yet.

Think they are actually a portal for the One Provider network, yonder:
