Riddlemaster suggestion

Atm everyone and their mother knows the keywords to calruin. But mostly as riddle 1 = <keyword> and riddle 2 = <keyword #2>. I suggest the riddles told by the Riddlemaster gets randomised. Then there could be three riddlemaster entities instead of the current ones. Monsters/riddle_easy, monsters/riddle_medium and monsters/riddle_hard.

I also have a riddle.

You just died and are now walking a path. The path seperates to two paths. One leads to heaven and one leads to hell. You don't know which one leads where. Two brothers live at the path. One always tell the truth, one never tells the truth. Only one of them is there though. You don't know which one. You may ask the dude ONE question, to find out which path leads to heaven. What will you ask him?

Questions like that would most likely not work. You need riddles with one word answers, otherwise there's too high a risk of someone being a character off or something.

Or you could make it randomize which Riddlemaster spawns to ask the question. Like The Order of Answers right now is but if you randomize it, Then The order of answers won't be [[what it was]] anymore, It'd be like, [[some other order]]. I hope you guys understand. xD

Or we could do different sets of questions. :O

That would stop people from instantly saying it, but everyone still knows the questions that are tied with the answers. We need new questions if nothing else.

I have yet to discover why the Calrian Ruin, of all maps, is 'protected' like this. It's not like Calrian's mace is insanely powerful, and the three weapons (granite maul, dark maul, raven mace) you can acquire later on in the map, after beating Calrian, aren't insanely powerful either.

How quickly we forget...

At the map's inception in MSC, the Calrian mace was the meanest in the game, and Cal was the second meanest boss in the game (taking account that BS just stood there and let you spell/bow [or scythe] him to death)

In the current incarnation, you do have to kill Calrian to get to Lord BS, and he has several nifty prizes.

'sides, that sort of 'protection' isn't in regards to the value of the prize, more just of a nifty feature.

Yes, I know how it used to be, but why not move the Riddlemasters elsewhere (along with new riddles)? In the Calrian Ruin, they're just a hindrance.

It's something to slow the nubs down. I still run into people getting stumped. I don't see removing them, but may add more elsewhere... Like I said, I was *supposed* to put some into Wicard Oven, but somehow it got removed from my task list. (I think the laptop tasklist overwrote the home one for some reason.)

You can only ask one question, so if you asked a question you knew the answer to, you'd figure out whether he was the liar or not, but you still wouldn't know what the correct path is...

The question is "If you were your brother, which path would you say is the path to heaven?"

Liar - My brother would say this is *Points to the hell path*
Truth-teller - My brother would say this is *Points to the hell path*

The liar knows the Truth-teller would give the path to heaven, so he lies and points to hell. The truth-teller knows the liar would point to hell, so he does. Once they answer, go on the opposite path.
