It makes you a douche because maybe they were playing a map with a boss and they just killed the boss but were yet to collect the loot? Or maybe they just unlocked something or activated something. Point is, what you did could have wasted a lot of their time effort. Not to mention that it's just rude to try to crash someone's server.

I think they were done with islesofdread1. Besides, islesofdread1 (with that many players at the time) is rather easy. And its worth good xp so I dont see whats the fuss about. While I do agree purposely crashing someone's server is rude, I did it because darkyknight is a total greedy whore and caused my friend to leave...

I don't care about your reasoning. There is only one good reason to crash a server and it should be left up to the people who know what they're doing/talking about. If you crash servers because you're bored or you're wreaking your own vengeance, you will be punished.

We have, in the past, deleted characters and entirely banned players from FN for deliberately crashing servers. There are more servers now than there were then, but still not so many that deliberately sabotaging one can't considered an attack on the MSC community as a whole.

You raged out and did stupid stuff, and maybe we can let that slide once - everyone goes retarded every once in awhile, but suffice to say, don't make it a habit, and certainly, don't be proud of it.

Although if it's really so bad, you could just quit playing, rather than make us go through the trouble. The point is not to make you care, but to ensure we wont have to.

As for any concerns of the various projects promised that maybe lost, they've all been that, just promises. The only thing Stoned has ever completed was some rusty mace that I've no idea what to do with...

Heh, something like 3 years ago or so, I got a 6 month rollback for crashing my friend Wuag's MS:C like, 3 times abusing the /roll command. MiB reported me and Thothie rolled me back. That was before anyone in the community knew me though, I was in BoU but I wasn't very active on the forums. If you don't want to be in this community, and you're just going to cause issues, you're probably better off just leaving now, as you and we as a whole would probably benefit more from it.

It's never a smart idea to do something intentionally to piss off a server admin and to be honest it's just immature. One of the reasons why you never got admin on my sven servers when you wanted it and set a minimum age limit for admin(not you specifically for this reason, but in general older people are more mature.)...

What you did could be seen as a dos attack on the server, for stuff like that and intentionally crashing a server generally go at the top, or near it, of the list of bad things you can do on a server.
