There was a server of that kind ages ago with a limit of 400hp, i dont think its a bad idea but it isn't a good idea either. You could make a few exceptions like giving more support to lower lvled players than higher lvls, such has helping them and managing to let them pick the maps they want rather than the higher lvls doing that. Anyways its your server, so its your choice, was just saying an opinion about it

i dont think its a bad idea but it isn't a good idea either.

I think having another low level server is a good idea because there are still some players that might join a server and slaughter the boar species to extinction using their super weapons.
