omg thats an awesome idea, lets put it in a killzone so everyone can see it and nobody can grab it! XD
edit: but perhaps if you finish badlands sometime soon and go to work on the town in our map set there can be a dragon slayer quest, if someone could make a dragons lair and we can connect it somewhere
then ya bring the head back to him and he rewards you with the helmet
Bonemold armor from TES3 FTW! I wish they had that in Oblivion...But on topic: Nice helm! Someone said it looked a little futuristic, after I read that, it did seem kinda like that, but I still think the helmet is fitting. GJ, and finish the set!
again. looks good. the mesh is very plain looking but the architecture of the model itself looks complex, and that gives it a geate look. you did a very good job with this model.
now with criticism... the eye sockets might be a little to wide, but if you condense them, it would look to open "bug eyed". so it looks good with the eyes the way they are, or try something different.
I would tweak the eye slots a little. They go a little far to the outsides. They're a little high, making the eye in the bottom part of the opening, picky little things, but with things like this I'm a perfectionist...
how much protection is this going to give for the player? where does it rank between the other helms? is it a rare item? rare set? any other resistance (like a percentage of resistance from fire, ice, poison, ect..)?
can you answer any of these questions or are they things we need to find out ..
maybe im just a little too excited about new items. As soon as I'm done with my computer science classes, I'll join (hopefully) the team and try to help out with the coding as much as I can..... for MSC of course, we need to draw a bigger fan base before we start MS source!
IMO Gaz should make it a rare LEATHER set...since, in some cases, leather is actually better armor than platemail (crushing attacks), but it really isn't in MSC...
perhaps the body could be made out of baby dragon hide to explain it being very strong and rare?
