My ms3d Problem

I got a problem in MilkShape 3d..
I'm animation a elf for Gurluas. Now when i have made the bones and stuff like that...

So now when the model is Smooth Shaded it look like that it is Flat Shaded.....

But Before i make the bones and stuff like that, the model should be Smooth Shaded...

Um... I think theres a option called "Auto-Smooth" you should have that off. If you go to groups at the bottom there should be a checked box called auto smooth, if its check then thats the problem (I think).
