I do my best to catch you off guard. I was going to resurrect THE ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS THREAD FOR NO REASON again, but i figured i'll leave that for another day.


In any case, sig is out of date, computer has been formatted, i doubt i'm the mapping team lead with the absence - but i may find time to answer questions/fix things or pump out a random map or two.

Boy this thread is getting a bit off topic, but for the Sword of Order and Chaos how about its just a blade as origonally thought? Also, the blades of Urdual are nothing like the Sword of Order and Chaos, The Order and Chaos part is for the beings Order and Chaos. The blade was forged from the two beings Order and Chaos.

Perhaps the Sword/Blades of Order and Chaos could be the Apostle Weapon for Pathos, God of Duality.

One, intend to axe Pathos as the god of duality soon as we work out a more appropriate role with Lanethan. One black and white god of balance is enough.

Two, Pathos is gone. He left with the "good" Loreldians at the end of the War of Fate. (Sure, he made a brief stop over for a certain Apostle when the local gods were getting out of hand, but for all intents and purposes, he's no longer around.)

Three, Pathos, as two would suggest, is (or was) one of the good guys, so fighting him, insomuch as you can fight a god, seems an unlikely scenario.

Suggest also reading the Mythology.

Well, hears what I came up with for the sword of order and chaos AND it relates with the armor of 10,000 souls.

Basically, an evil knight named Morte wants to seek revenge on his fathers murder so he makes a long journey trying to unearth the great blade of Order and Chaos to collect 10,000 souls. Possibly a new scenario for MSC, maybe we can work sum thin out?

Because Urdual is the dualism Loreldian

The Blade of Balance will remain as such, not the Blade of Order and Chaos, because it is meant to be distinct from both Order and Chaos. It's like table salt; two distinct elements make it, but the end-product is something different altogether...Otherwise, we would all be dead and exploding.

@Thothie: Kinda hard to completely disbar Pathos when he left behind Apostles.

He didn't IIRC - he went back and made one. Tis what makes that one Apostle special.

Looking at it now, all the Apostles were made after the Loreldians decided that they should not be so involved in Daragoth...Then a few Apostles changed, post-Malgoriand.
