You likely haven't put the textures in the proper place. Check the $cdtexture path and make sure it points to a directory that contains all of the textures you have used.
load up photoshop go to image scroll down to mode, then go to indexed color then a window will pop up change the settings around till u get something u like with the color limit of 256. then save it . it will automatically save as 8 bit.
if you cant figure it out send me your bmp('s) and ill make them that way and higher quality so they dont look all distorted.
theres something in a config file thats mesesd up, looking for a file named "/brushsteel.bmp" and i doubt doing what ceriux said will fix that...although there could be two problems - one solution doesn't fix both
ehh i dont know how to do that i tryed and screwed up horribly heh... which is why i dont know how to compile my Fang Tooth Dagger... i dont know what goes where ect.... smd's and such is easy though...
