MSC works in NO-STEAM?

I install the CS1.6Full , I try to use my old cd key but if i try to connect to a internet server that says me ¨some error of (Class C - I think that is the cd key) and when i try to create a game, in lan, but load the map, says establish connection... and when finish load starts again in the menu LoL what can i do?

WON is dead...unfortunally...u need to use steam.

cs1.6 != msc
And you will need steam to play any half-life mods anymore.

Class-C LAN Errors that people would get when they try to connect to your server and such is because "sv_lan" needs to be set to "0"

Doubt if that'll fix anything, but yeah WON is dead
