Map errors

I seem to be getting an error which disables me from using certain maps, I can't go into daragoth and keledrosruins, it gives me errors such as "File Read Failure" and some mod cache error. Please give some advice on how to fix it. I've tried reinstalling the mod, but that messed things up even more.

If you are playing on your own listen server, you will only be able to start on certain maps. You should be safe loading up on Edana, and moving to any map from there. If you are playing on someone else's server, however, I've no clue what this could be.

Yea I have, can't say its been loading the certain maps mentioned.

if its "File read failure" wouldn't that be some sort of corrupted map file due to packet loss or some such?

try redownloading and reinstalling MSC :?

He said he did that... Although it may not have deleted properly due to being "in use" or some such.

Mod Cache errors, I understand. File Read Errors, I do not. :/

Well thanks to the good people who play regularly on Thothie's, I'm trying a redownload, a fresh install and then updating. I'll see how this works. Thanks Tull.
