Ok i downloaded it and when i go to play it, it just says master sword executable is out of date plese update it. and i hit ok and it says it is out of date but can't find a newer update. Im using hl 1.1.1.0 btw

You, dear WON user, need "MS 1.35" and no other files. If you, for example, download the Steam patch (which obviously is only for Steam) it might mess the install up.

Here you can find "MS 1.35" (MasterSword v1.35). The filename is "MS135.rar". Download and install that (but be sure to remove the old install first) and tell us if it works, please.

I got version 1.1.1.0 but were can i download the newest one 1.1.2.0 or whatever it was.

Ok it working now but i still got the ms 1.2 maps thats the only problem everything else is fine can someone tell me how to get the 1.35 maps i downloaded the ms135 file from the downloads section but not the one that sayd steam.

If you're using WON, you're a better man than I, and I can't help ya.

If you want Steam, you can go to http://www.steampowered.com where you can DL the latest version of Half-Life. You will, however, require a HL CD-key to install it.

If you've got Steam installed, you can DL the Steam Self Installer.

It maybe you have the bugged version of MS1.35 that is simply misidentifying itself as 1.25. Other than that, it's basically the same.

It says on the front page that there is 11 maps i only got 7 and they are the exact same as the ones in version 1.2 which i had before this, well there a little bit different but only bugs have been fixed like leaks in the sky.

The currently released version is 1.35
The dlls says 1.25 (blame the old coder, not Dogg)
The current version only has 7 maps.

If you want an additional eleven or so maps, you can go here, but what I think we have here is the usual confusion: the information on the front page is regarding the NEXT version of Master Sword (aka. "Master Sword: Continued") - and NOT the current version 1.35.
