Eh, crap... Gimme a few seconds to verify this. Situation is a bit strange, as the most recent version is actually file dated older than the previous version, due to some back and forths. It maybe I had the official servers updated and neglected to update the downloads page.
Hrmmm... Ask him what the modified date on his latest version's BSP is, as there's been three iterations of this map, and I've only updated the downloads section once.
The latest version I have is DEC2019_04 - which is what the servers are running. I had a DEC2019_06, but turned out that was because of the turn around when I set the treasure.
So unless you mean to say you worked on it today, I think the servers actually have the right version, and the downloads page is wrong.
Yeah, that's the one the servers are running... I'll update the downloads page then.
All three versions are hashed for FN though, so any should work for hosting, at least.
At the time, I had to pester RKS to update it each time, and since there were three consecutive updates, ended up sitting on the third one until the server situation stabilized. RKS put up the latest version to the servers, and I fergot to update the downloads page.
That one I'd have to check where it went wrong... IIRC, ms_snow runs to tundra via a mining tunnel, and comes out near the orcs barracks... Shender... Hrmmm... Also same ms_snow transition - I C - will see what I can do.
edit:
Looks like, to fix it, I'd have to edit all three maps... ms_snow->shender_east would be via the Morc camp, to the roundabout, ms_snow->tundra would be via the mine shaft to the dwarven miner's barracks.. The ms_snow->shender_east trans is currently fubar. Shouldn't be too hard though, hopefully it'll ripent clean.
Sadly cannot update tundra, as it isn't NOV2015a compatible - and if I tried to make it such by installing our newer scripts, it *might* mean a ton of re-writes. I don't think it affects any bases though, so I may give it a shot.
I didn't know ms_snow was supposed to connect to shender, I thought it was disconnected ATM. But I know that ms_snow connects to tundra through the tunnel, but its glitched right now and doesnt put you on the other side of the tunnel. Instead it puts you on the oceancrossing boat.
Yeah, though now I'm wondering if this was on purpose, because you can't enter the dwarven mines from this end (dun think that door opens until you complete the quest), hrmm... May have trapped visitors lucky enough to transition properly with this fix. Think the lever should work though. Will have to test.
Granted, I'm also being an idiot and updating the new tundra - so... I'll have to make a note to ripent the old one, if this doesn't work on the first go.
Quest? Like with the ghostly dwarf? Because the door opens fine with that crank/lever. You can initate the quest from either end, just walk into the cabin if you are coming from ms_snow.
Was thinking that's how it worked, almost never come from that end - I'll test the transitions anyways, after I figure whether new turnda will play nice with NOV2015a without too much headache.
