Error On Dedicated Server

I Have My Dedicated Server All Set Up
I Have Followed The Dedicated Server Set Up Guide
But When I Connect To The Server The FuzNet Error Comes Up
The Error Is This "Central Connection Network Broken"
If Anyone Could Help It Would Be Very Helpful

Though it shouldn't need to me make sure ports 5710/5711 are open in your firewall/router.

Also while the server is running, if you type ms_central_addr what does it say it's set to?
