Decided to make my own custom Greek armor replacement to replace Knight's armor ingame, will skin this soon and then start on the armor itself

After that it's the remodelling/reanimating of the spiders of course ;D

Looks good so far, but it seems like a XXL when the guy only needs a L..hehe too much space between the helmet and the head. Thats just what I think.

I think it looks pretty good for what its for, as I can't see any obvious errors (apart from the size) and the helmets I've seen do look like that. I wonder if they'll add this in the game.

make the mohawk more thin, plus a texture with transparent-able parts would look great for it. I like the size of the helmet

Hopefully those images work. I tried making the horse hair transparent with a good texture but the damn thing wouldn't go transparent, even when I made the 255 palette color the same color used as transparency... grrr

I've decided that this will replace golden armor helm and make the entire set replace golden armor (along with a round bronze shield to replace the rune)

Technically I am, but really, you should be, MiB, what with all the work you've done. But being on a team means following a development schedule. I am aware I've been inactive, but once this university business is over with, I'll be back to work on MS:C.

Since i'm in the ms:s team i've been pushign myself to work on the map i've been told to. But due to the lack of modelers, it puts me off working. Solid Shadow is doing a great job! 8)

Improved the helm skin a bit, and modelled the rest of the armor. Smoothing and clipping will be reworked a little before I skin it, but this it pretty much how it will look model wise. The golden armor will remain underneath it which will probably leave the entire faces on the screen at about 2000...not bad I think performance wise.

It seems funny that while the golden platemail helm is meant to go with the golden armor, no one with golden armor has anything but stability helm, thus making this armor look weird without someone with a golden platemail and someone with just a golden platemail helm look weird as well. Maybe I should replace stab but that would undermine Gaz's beautiful work along with making phoenixers have it as well. Oh well, I'll be the only one who cares to have this anyway so it doesn't matter D:

1: Chest is cut off on the sides? If you're referring to the two piece armor, well the skin sets that off.

2: i'll smallify the six pack, but there ARE obliques there

Not from what I can see.

Although you cant see the obliques here super well, you can see where the six pack starts and ends (technically he has four).

I count six muscles and some belt thingy on your model. No obliques.

I'll fix the pecs, and I'm working on defining the obliques more (and cleaning up the abs, making them less square and more packed)
