Character Delete Request

I was trying to use the delete button, but to no avail. It seems to be unresponsive to the YES choice at the delete confirmation.

Reason: I want to create a woman character
STEAM_ID : STEAM_0:0:8426313
Character to Delete: Kokobeans
Slot: 3
