I had an experience much like this, where I couldnt move, only my eyes a very little, and I couldn't breath. I would begin shaking from not being able to breath, then after going through a bit of shock, ide literally shake out of it, like i had paralysis that was just cured while i was trying to move my hardest.
I was truly awake, because whenever ide shake out of it, my eyes were still open and I saw everything the same.
