Where can I download the latest dev_*letter* patch?
I searched in the forum and in the website but I found nothing.

But most of the server and people are using the old clients.dll.
So I should use the old clients.dll on my server?

If you do that, then nobody would ever upgrade because no servers are running the upgrade. The more servers that are using the upgraded client.dll, the more clients will also update.
