the .bmps burn my eyes, but otherwise good job...

you can just open the pictures in mspaint.exe (no, not mastersword paint ) and then click file>save as, change the file type to .jpg and save, and it's definately small enough to host without resizing it so you can hardly see anything

you can just upload the skin image to 1 of the image hosts and anyone with hlmv can import the skin to the model and save it, otherwise you'd have to try to find someone to host them for you then send them (probably via e-mail) to said person
