my friends character got deleted....

well he was playing and i changed map and his character was standing the other way then normal, and clicked on him. then his name was the load error reconnect thingy and he was a level 4 rogue? he used to be lvl 13 knight. he kinda mad and wants his character back, is there any way to get it back?

If you were playing on FN then post his steam ID and the slot his char was in. If you weren't playing on FN then nothing can be done.
