I'm learning 3D modeling at the moment because I'm a coder and looking to become an indie game devoloper, using blender I created this very simple model... is this too cartoony to use in MS:S? I'm thinking this could be a very small slug or something on the floor or walls of sewers in MS:S. If it is, I could attempt to make it more realistic, but I don't think it's going to matter much since these would probably only be small critters in the game world (like mini spiders in MSC).

One is with boggling eyes and one is without for a more realistic look. I'm still unsure of a good texture to use, so if anyone finds a slimey green or something I'd be happy to try it on this model. :)

If you guys think it should be in MS:S then I could make a worm-like action for it using armatures. :)

really good for a slime, just take out the eyes.
Is it animated?

maybe this texture would suit it best, just resize it because I dont think there a need to have a texture this big

With that texture, I made a few alternatives; eyes, no eyes, antlers. I'm not animating till a higher-up tells me which one they want. ;p

I also need to know if this should be a low poly critter or if it's going to be a real monster thingy.

I suppose you could always give it the 2,478 alternate skins our current slime has. ;)

There's a current slime?

I think Thothie is confusing MS:C and MS:S. Or maybe he's saying to use MS:C skins in MS:S :oldshock:.

That texture is nice and gross at the same time. It makes me think of a garbage bag with some unidentified green shit in it.
