You have MS Visual C++ installed, and it's debugger is catching those errors.
Your crash errors would be generic Windows error reports if you didn't have the MSVC++ debugging library installed.

I have sometimes the same error on my server.
Just click Ignore for all the error. The server will not crash.

It's probably compiled as debug rather than release....
