Character set back?

Last night(Europe time zone) I was grinding hours to get to level axe 30.
When I wake up this morning my character is level axe 27 again my bloodstone ring is gone!
Is this some FN issue? I remmenber last night FN being offline when I was playing.

Well if you played while FN was offline, it is to be expected that your character didn't save, thus making you waste time...

Don't worry, it happens to everyone once in a while, i've lost days of my life because of rollbacks, so don't feel bad.

Next time you suspect FN is offline, or you are sure it's offline, try to afk in the server with the game open when you are done, don't change map, just stay there and wait for it to come back up, so it saves. Sometimes FN gets hiccups for a few minutes, which is no big deal.

Well crap and there's nothing to do about it?
Not even a rollback fixes it?
Also when does FN save the character info because I mean I've done that bloodstone quest like really early and exited the game many times

Character saves every 6 hours i believe (with a backup on FN incase you need to rollback). And no, a rollback won't do you any good since it clearly didn't save at all... You most likely will have to redo that part you just lost again, yes i know it's awfull but i highly doubt anyone can help you get that time you lost back, to the way you want it.

FN went down?

If you see this symbol in the corner:

The server lost its connection to FN and you know you're likely boned - or at least nothing's being saved.

Should also be a text pop-up with words to said effect. :\

Icon works fine most of the time, but that text pop-up... wut?
