Uh... ok. I haven't seen many safety videos, but as for training ones I think the one teaching a little girl with down syndrome how to use a pad is much more disturbing.

Disturbing yes, but effective. There are a ton of great safety videos out there that aren't shown because they're too "graphic"

Disturbing sinks in. If a person watches a movie on safety where a cartoon animal gets hit with a frying pan, pfft, whatever. If it's a real person telling there tale, that's better. Showing the accident as accurately as possible without cutting away from the gore, THAT is effective.
