Umm... shouldn't that loss be replicated somehow? So it can be fixed/protected against...

Unless you simply joined a bad server or tried to stash the golden-axe via the ticket system (which Thothie mentioned was a no-go with golden-axe somewhere).

Sh*t happens. Get lots of stuff with items occasionally disappearing, hence our efforts to automate the character restore system. But yeah, any pre-Feb2007 server will make yer Gaxe go bye-bye. And DON'T BANK IT.
