Random text filling screen

Once I installed MSC, this has been happening everytime I join a server/create. It stopped doing that today after who knows. But after restarting my computer, it's come back....I've searched all over the forums seeing if someone else has the same problem, or a fix, but found nothing. So im hopeing for a quick reply. Thanks.

My specs are
OS : Windows XP
Graphics card: Nvidia geforce 7300LE
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3.20GHz
