Thats got to be the hardest reference pic Ive ever seen...

Surely you can get her to do a front, side, back pics? Standing in a reference pose of course

erm, why not make a male one first? We dont have a male.

Infact, you dont even need to make an entire new model.

Take the City 17 Male and Female Refugee, and skin them with the grey and whateverelseitis vest, from MS:C.

Hell, even I could probably do that.

its a good start, but you need to use 3dsmax :p

But more serious than that (and thats pretty serious, stop wasting time in milkshape!) you need to use edge loop techniques (again these are far quicker in max)

Here are some examples of mesh flow that have good edge loops:

There are plenty of HL2 models you can use for testing.

well yes but it would be nice to have a HL2 model that looked somewhat like the HL1 model, for media purposes.

You sir have a good looking friend. Yes please for the love of God Vomica, learn and use 3DSMAX for MS:S. And keep going with the female model because MS needs a change. Will you also be doing some female armors?

Maybe you can do female stuff and Gaz can do male stuff. And work on the same thing so its not like the female has dark armor and the male has gold armor.

Just a thought.
