Half-Life Demo Conventer________PLEASE_HELP!!!!!!

Please help me convent a half-life demo file to

wmw, mpeg, avi or any orther edite able files !

and its should be done on a free way... = shall not cost money..

me and some friends made a movie in ESF

Need help how to convent demo files...

I realy want i so it can be seen on a 'video' player eks. DivXPlayer or media player or Real player or winamp or something like that...

Please help me !

Use the progam adobe premier. how you make the movie essentially into an .avi

What happens is that you convert all your demo's into pictures that seem exactly like what you would get from HL pictures when you hit F5. BUT there are a lot of them that work like frames and u place them into adobe premier and put it together as a movie then compile it into an AVI format.



If you want to add sound to your .avi you will need a program to record the sound while you play or act out everything your doing in HL.

or you don;t use sound and using other programs you can make little word bubbles and play some cool music along with it.

if your having trouble with it i suggest you talk to Tamale, the one who made, di.avi HL tribute that is on fileplanet. Hes my buddy but Im not gonna just give out his AIM name or something. No guarentee he will help you.

one more thing, if u recorded any of ur demos above or below 25fps, consider all those demo's useless.

Reasons if you go below it looks choppy and if you go above the size of the file or .avi you make will be so large it will fry your comp while u try to compile it. There is no reason to go above 25.

I did it...

all you guys said was not any help.... asked 8 forums and all didnt helped...

i found out my self...



I used "Animation Shop 3"

and whola a movie with no sound

Opened "Windows movie maker"

put in the movie

removed wrong scense and

open "Cool Edite Pro 2" got some music and sounds... edited and remixed them

put them in the movie with "windows movie maker"

added credits..

and BAAM !

And movie have been done...

i dont need it but..

how do i take out the sounds ?

i planed to make more movies.. so it could be nice to know....
