What level can I use each charge? I know at 25 I am able to use 3-noise charge but I am 28 now and I still use 3-noise charge, At level 30 there is a 5 noise charge. Are we missing a 4-noise charge?

You get a charge every 5 levels. Due to a bug, you can't see the charge-bars after the third charge. You must guess when you get to them.

Because you don't read the changelogs well enough? Pretty sure people have been complaining about it since the LRod came out, too...

I'm not refering to the "charge bar" directly. I am talking about the charge attacks. I've heard and seen 1-noise (Red), 2-noise (Green), 3-noise (Hidden 1) But I never seen or heard 4-noise.

2 - Red
3 - Green
4 - Hidden (etc)

I don't hear the noise with grey, that's why i exluded it.

Well it's included in the specials, so you're going to have to include it if you intend on reaching the correct result when counting them >_>

At 30 you get all charges, its 5 levels for each charge level starting at 1 I guess. So level 5 = 1 charge, 10 = 2 charges, 15 = 3 charges, 20 = 4 charges, ... 30 = 6 charges.
