What the actual fuck?

My character's deleted? FN crashed last night and now he's gone? Level 20 in all stats.. grinded all of yesterday to get there (besides SC, which was at an arcane of 11). Can someone tell me what happened/fix it?

If you post actual this thread here actual, I'm sure someone actual will restore your actual character to the actual state it was in actual before the crash.
