Reason: Phoenix armor and Felewyn Shard 1 were lost for absolutely no reason. I didn't even click on or equip the felewyn shard the entire day. No talking to NPCs or quest rewards (and I've never even lost anything for that reason having done dozens and dozens of quest with NPCs the past few months). So I assume those items have some sort of issue considering how frequently lost they are? I've had my phoenix for two years, and my felewyn shard for two weeks.
