-I lost my fshard IV, but players could see the world model in my hands, but Supercoke said the same thing happened to him, so I think there might be a bug with the fshards or something.

Yeah, we seem to be having a lot of trouble with these, suspect something to do with the way the system catalogs them - moved the system to another spot in the upcoming patch, hopefully fixes it. (Steam Bows being another common vanisher, but must be for some other reason, as they aren't cataloged - trying something else there.)
