It just sends e-mail to all the FN admins. But it's gotten clogged with spam lately, so it maybe best to do it here instead.

Maybe best not to do it on both though, as more than one of us might restore you (takes us time to get mail back telling all the other FN Admins that we rolled you back.)

I had a thought to make the scrolls a bit more dependable, since I can now remove items from characteres remotely (like the bank does). But it may mess up people's third person view, I'll have to play wid it and see.
