well an easier way to reskin models is to get HLmodelviewer and go to the textures tab and export the skin then edit it in PSP and set it back to 256 Colors and replace it, it has to be the same size as the original texture.

probably because he hasn't changed the model.



He's reskinning it, and as of that post, he only had a few things done, such as the gloves. Look for minor changes in the skin. He hasn't touched the model itself, so those thighs were already like that.

I don't believe that it's a particularly good likeness of Senator Frist. As a non-Frist skin, it's pretty good. Now, put it in game!
