Helena Bug

Hi, im new here!

I have a problem with the map Helena.

My friend and me come to the fourth ork wave, but then the last ten orks are getting invisible !

What can I do to solve this problem ?

http://www.mappingshack.com/dynastywarr ... load&cid=3 Try downloading that. It is Helena without the bow orcs. Don't think it is easier cause they were replaced with the normal orc. You know the kind that carry the axe around.

It's an issue with arrows from the archer orcs being visable for too long, and since HL can only display a certain number of models at any one time...it eventually runs out of what it can show, and models aren't displayed but can still run about killing things.

pretty much in technical terms halflife uses what they call entities everytime the orc shoots an arrow it creates a arrow entity and when its visible they call it a visible entity soon enough you get too much and it it creates to much arrows usually my bro just picks them up off the ground then tosses them after the orcs are all dead.

I HAVE THE same probnlem with ms. i fix it by picking up every arrow and killing the archers first. this always happens
