Edana part of bloodstone quest

So i'm at the Edana part of the Bloodstone quest, and I need to help the guard. I've been to numerous servers on edana and telling the mayor i'm suliban. But everytime, he just says, "You're not him! Blah blah apprehend!" I've set the time to 1, 5, 24, etc, and none of them work.

What time does it have to be to make him think I'm suliban?

There's no time involved in the equation. I'll tell you the same thing I told what's-his-face... You're being rude to the mayor. Stop it, or he will know you're not Suliban everytime. If you do it right, you have a 1 in 2 shot of suceeding.
