Can we equip Runeghar with this instead of the regular blood drinker?

The Rot Shank and Storm Shiv, a pair of affliction and lightning daggers.
I had a few ideas for these. The rot shank applies "rot" a poison dot that weakens your enemies, doing one of a few things that could fit, lower enemy damage, lower enemy resists, or lower enemy move speed, something that weakens them.
The Storm Shiv, I thought on one of the charges could call down a lightning strike on your enemy, a la erratic lightning but maybe visually different and with different stats.
I call it the Fume Blade. The Fume Blade is a weapon that spews forth a deadly cloud of toxic gasses, of which the weapon can also ignite into a lethal blast.
The basic schtick is that you can spawn a poison cloud then ignite it with another ability, e.g. poison cloud right click -> use first charge into poison cloud 4 explosion.
I kinda want to send you a set of the new weapon models, as I'd really rather use the fancy new meshes for new weapons, but they don't have a lot of skins on them. Problem is they haven't been boiled down to .mdl format, and I think you're just using HLMV to do these reskins.
You wouldn't happen to be able to use Milkshape or some such?
Gimme some links and tutorials and I'll get at it
I've been using HLMV to extract the bmp's and view and test my skins. How would I do this in milkshape or some other modelling software? When I complete skins do you have some preferred format you'd like me to use? I should have asked these questions a loooooooooooooong time ago.
Sorry I haven't gotten back to ya yet. The only free method I can recommend is Blender, but I dunno how to do squat with Blender, so I couldn't help ya there. Milkshape Half-Life modeling tutorials are pretty easy to find, but simply swapping out textures via the Materials tab is pretty straight forward. As for preferred format, just the renamed BMP's would be fine (preferably with some of their original names intact so as to tell which is which), but SMD's also appreciated.
I'll try to make a package with some models and stuff, as soon as I get less flakey internet access... I've not converted the models I have in mind yet though, so I'd have to do that too.
