Very Urgently need rollback

Is the rollback on msremake.com defunct or something? Because I have used it twice and never been rolled back, the first time I lost my fire gaunts and never saw them again, ironic that I accidentally dropped them in lava that kills you instantly But anyways I need a roll back to 12/28/07 because for some reason having a gib and flamelick out overflows you? Or maybe it's a combination of that and having 60 items. Either way I can't get on any servers, at all period so this is quite urgent.
(It might be later than 12/28/07 if possible I want to keep my GIB this would be like the 5th that I either dropped or foolishly traded.)

all done, modified a character so its holding 65 items which is a safe number.
