I'm not sure if this support board acts as a suggestion center as well, but here goes.

Any idea you like....doesn't matter how incredibly impossible it sounds, as long as it is related to MS:C and would maybe add to the overall experience :D


My idea: More comestible choices (food) :p My character's been suffering diarreah for a long time...all that beer and apples :oldlol: Bread, meat, rat meat pies....pie.....apple pie.... :wink:

For the GAMEWISE?

Mabye a hunger mod. .. perhaps? Make things even better..
Like you need to eat food to survive :D
->Then we need food!
->> Bread?
->> Meat?
-> Apples won't do it :D
--> Water? (Mabye like dehydration)

Suggestions are 95% impossible. .. =o ... but i do think they a hunger mod for TS with AMX

please no food, you would just change the whole gameplay, you never needed any food in rpgs to survive.

i think food mods ruin game play expecially in msc cause unless your high level we would be spending all our money on the food...

Forgive my backseat moderating, but I think it's all up to teh devs (thothie and co.) if they like the suggestions or not...this is a thread to throw in ideas (very similar to actual brainstomring), not to discuss very much about them. and please move this to chatter :?

I remember you had to eat in Evercrack - it had a scavange skill you could use to pull food out of nowhere, plus you could fish. Boy how I miss fishin! [/sarcasm]

Not sure if I could implement that... Or if I would bother. ;) Might play with the idea later just to see if it can be done - but I expect food would have to be hell of cheap to make it viable, and it'd be pointless for the high end characters. Guess... maybe put a 'Ring of Sustenance' on a boss mon for them, so they don't have to deal with it anymore.

Granted, putting food in the game that doesn't do anything - or like apples, gives a minute amount of hp - just for roleplaying's sake, that's easy. But I'd need viewmodels, and Orochi's work list is full.

1. my armor sets idea

2. much much more models like weapons, armor, ect.

3. many more maps for more exploration

But before we can do all of this!

1. The drop system needs to be improved. chests need to be random (the mapper not putting items in the chest but the game randomizing it all, like a true RPG)


2. The model system needs to be improved. Although its fun watching myself/others run with our armor off our bodies.


3. The net code needs to be fixed. Lagging with 4 people in the server is not the most fun I had.

1. I vote for an improved combat system;)

One with similar flexability to Fable, Oblivion, and Phantasy Star Online, but unique with learnable combos.

2. Also, a more user friendly control layout.

A qaud menu for actions "Rest, wave, nod etc.." would be good, simialr to BF2 or Natural Selection.

3. An Arena to fight in.

4. A Special Power Gauge that builds up when u fight, for doing class specific specials, ie, Rogue: Temporarily Invisible. Knight: Temporary Invulnerability, Archer: Temporary Triple Shot. Fighter: Temporary double damage. etc..

Bit like Conquerors Online MMORPG but unique;)

5. Acrobatic moves that a learnable, ie, double jump, long jump, flips.

6. Learnable Physical Defensive moves, ie, Deflect , Block, Catch, Dodge, Roll. etc.

Damn could go on all day but then i wouldnt be able to model;)

know what i want to see?

a clientside friendly fire option.

i'm tired of every server being "lets all work together!"...that would mean order rules ....but it' doesn't according to the story/other people...plus the only reason to have friendly fire off is so that you dont accidentally attack your friends...it could be off by default and then you can turn it on...

also if you were attacked by someone i suppose it should turn them hostile to you and you can attack back, just incase someone doesn't know how to change it, or doesn't have time.

i have a few ideas to add onto thoth's gauntlets!

ok....i dont have a modeling program or good drawing....so ill just describe them

ill go from weakest to most powerful

Bare Hands-Weak, does base dmg Med. attack speed.(No elemental Dmg)

Armored Hands-(like on a knight)- Does an average amt of damage Med attack speed.(No elemental Dmg)

Rune Gauntets-Above average damage, slight speed increase.(sorta like a knight's glove thing....but with magical runes with an element)

Rouge Knuckles-Mainly leather but with spikes and metal on the knuckles.(Poison Damage)Knife speed.

Hellfire Gaunts-Gaunts like a dragon or something(mouth open) with sort of a firey burt on each attack)(obviously fire dmg)Quixkest attack.

ok....there ya go...pretty shitty...i know...but hey....i thought it up and put it on here....at least read it :D

As I explained, they are Jester's gauntlets not mine... I just write the scripts around here. ;)

...and although I wouldn't expect anything quite *that* spectacular, lest you find us another dozen modelers - one can expect gauntlets of frost, fire, and lightning following soon after these.

New maps on the way... At least 6 + two more modified existing maps.
Got some wizard's staves, although not class-specififc, and debuggary needed
Fiery War Axe is ready - just not in game ATM
More maps = more hidden places. ;)
