would like to know whether a person could only get a FShard

I want again do sfor try get Fshard..(I have symbol 1~5)

BUT...I kill boss haven't get Fshard...

If this is a BUG... I hope I can go back to before get my symbol

Or normal ..I had considered unlucky

Everyone can only get a single Felewyn shard because someone has decided there are too many Felewyn shards (??????????) circulating among players already.

As soon as you get an fshard, either from sfor or barrowing someone elses you can't get another or your own from sfor.
