Server downtime?

The servers are all like gone! EU France MS:C Server 10 is the one server open with TUNDRA, just checking out to see if the servers are being patched or if the servers are being fixed with the security breach lately.

Cleaning up after the breach and moving things around. Also doing the annual server upgrade now since we got downtime anyways.

FN Server and the US East servers should be online now.

The EU Server is expected to be online within the next 6 hours while the US West server may take a little longer. The latency to that server from my location is high due to the distance. As a result, it takes me forever to install the OS using the already slow remote management interface.

EDIT
Someone is going to have to verify that the FN server is saving characters properly. IE: Join a server, do something that changes your character file (exp, use a potion, whatever), then log off, join back in after a minute, then check to see if hte character loads all the changes properly.

I can also confirm they appear to still be offline because I get the same "Central network connection broken" error message on all 3 servers for me as well, unfortunately.

Still no luck. Made sure I sat in all 3 of the servers for at least 2 minutes each for the connection(s) to refresh to the server but the error seems to be persistent.

I can only see server #3 now, the other two vanished? Not sure what happened there. However I hate to confirm that the connection is still borked.

edit: the other two servers are visible now, just the same issue as before.

Eh, actually, the only servers I see up are the old Chicago servers...

...I assume there's been some shuffling of the old TCAdmin system involved?

Well how would a guildmaster go about getting crests then? Would they have to do it on their private FN server? (Asking for future reference )

Guildmaster doesn't provide crests anymore, even if you could load it... Sadly, the new internal system is buggered too, so until the next patch, yeah, yer SOL.
