Tried to get an fshard on my character. Turned in the symbols, killed Undamael. No shard dropped. And then the chamber stopped opening altogether and I am locked out. Ran it with a friend and we tried everything we could to get it to spawn. Nothing. Quest isn't complete in console but I also can't get more symbols.

I can't seem to find a date to roll you back to in recent weeks where the quest tag isn't set.

This character hadn't really been played since shortly after the felewyn quest was implemented haha. It was started back then. If I could be rolled back to the most recent file before 2:15 est on Jan. 30th I would appreciate it and will find new symbols. And hopefully actually get the shard this time. It's been a long time coming.

I looked back all the way to January 20th, all marked completed. How far back you wanna go for this?

I was still getting symbols until around 2:10 on Tuesday. . Quest f gave me that the quest was 1, but not complete. It also listed the symbols I had collected. If you have finished the quest it says "quest f is complete," it doesn't say this for me.

Unless my character is somehow glitched, could I please have a rollback to the most recent save before 2:15 pm est on the 30th?
