I just logged on to the game again for the first time in many months, and i noticed my bank was overflowed and several junk items were duplicated and i lost some of my high value items like my blood blades.

Apparently not related to the other two Christmas gifts today... What date was his character working right last? Not seeing anything wrong with the file itself, off hand.

From what he told me, last time he played was back in spring.

so I would be guessing around there.

Eh... Okay, sorry this took awhile... I'm not sure what's wrong with this character - but something is. Bank's actually intact - as are the stats - look like the inventory and gear vanished somehow... Maybe some variant of the old overflow issue.

I found a copy from December 1st that's of a different size, but I've not tested it yet - rolled him back there, for now. If that doesn't work, I'll have to start digging into the offline archives.
