-WTF happened to your character? Was trading my staves over to my alt and I didn't listen to the almighty 10 second rule.
They went poof, and now I'm an idiot without my staves*.

Incidently, i'm not to fussed when you roll me back to (within reason). Lost them a few hours ago, so anything before today would be grand.
*Normally I'm just an idiot.

Eh, well, if you received an item, and violated the 10 second rule, odds are it was never saved on your character... But done anyways.
